I’m the founder of WellWork and owner of

Salty Olive Restaurant in Wokingham.

Before opening my restaurant, I spent years working in Corporate Learning and Development. I understood how businesses grow but nothing quite prepares you for what it feels like when it’s your own.

​

The first year was harder than I expected. Not because the idea didn’t work, but because I felt alone. The pressure, the constant decisions, the sense that you should have all the answers, it slowly chips away at your confidence.

​

I was working hard, but it never felt like enough.

​

It took me time to realise that building a business isn’t something you’re meant to do on your own.

Most business owners are passionate and extremely capable, but that doesn’t mean you automatically have clarity, structure or the right support around you. And without that, it’s easy to feel stuck.

​

That’s where WellWork began.

​

I wanted to create the kind of support I wish I’d had; practical coaching, real conversations, and a community of people who understand what it’s really like.

Today, WellWork brings together experienced coaches and a supportive business community to help you take action, build confidence and move your business forward.
